Villa Arcadia is a private hideaway in Lithovounia, in the heart of the Greek Peloponnese. With 125 m² of spacious living space across two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it is designed for slow weeks of swimming, reading and long Mediterranean dinners under the stars.

Pool & Terrace

A luxurious private pool, 6 × 12 m.

The centrepiece of Villa Arcadia is a private 6 × 12 m heated pool with a retractable glass enclosure that keeps the water warm from the first warm days of spring until well into autumn. Around it, a generous tiled terrace with sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor kitchen and a stone BBQ — the natural gathering point for breakfasts, long lunches and golden-hour swims.
